It looks like the Nintendo Switch might get another Star Wars game in its catalog sooner than later.
That’s thanks to dataminer NWPlayer123, who noticed a Nintendo server update for Star Wars: Republic Commando. According to the leak, Aspyr Media will take charge of the port. The studio has released three Star Wars titles on the Nintendo Switch.
The leak didn’t state when Star Wars: Republic Commando would launch on Nintendo’s hybrid console. That said, its appearance in a server update could mean we won’t have to wait too long to play it.
Released in 2005 on the Xbox and PC, Star Wars: Republic Commando has gained a cult following over the years. You play as an elite clone trooper who’s in charge of three other clone commandos and complete missions during the Clone Wars.
