First Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC Gets Delayed

The second DLC remains on track, however

On Twitter today, Ubisoft announced the upcoming Wrath of the Druids DLC for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has been delayed.

Originally scheduled for an April 29 launch, the DLC is now slated to launch May 13. Ubisoft didn’t provide an exact reason for the delay, but said it delayed the DLC “to deliver a more refined experience.” Ubisoft also said it will release an article to “provide transparency and share insights on our dev process.”

Taking place 40 years after the Viking settle in Dublin, Wrath of the Druids lets you explore Ireland as you go up against Druidic cult Children of Danu.

In addition to Wrath of the Druids, Ubisoft is also working on a second DLC called The Siege of Paris. As the name suggests, the DLC tasks you with infiltrating and taking over the city of Paris. It remains on track for a Summer 2021 launch.
